Course Content:

The ‘Supporting Pupils’ guidance advises that ‘all school staff should have sufficient training’ in medicines handling. Our accredited 6 module Safe Handling of Medicines Foundation course can train your staff to feel confident administering medicines and help reduce medicines errors in your school, or education setting. The accredited course you need to enable staff to administer medicines within your school or whilst out on schools trips.

  • Adrenaline auto-injectors (Schools only)

  • Disposing of medicines
  • Controlled Drugs
  • Covert administration
  • Residential and day trips
  • Non-prescribed medicines
  • Medicines information
